Seven parliamentary mini elections have kicked off this morning in Kenya, setting the stage of some constituencies to have representatives after two years. The polls manned by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) will see voters in Banisa constituency elect an MP after 2 years and seven months. Kenya’s Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) says it is ready for mini polls set for Thursday 27th November 2025. The commission will be conducting polls in seven parliamentary positions and another 17 county assembly wards. “The polls will open at 6am and close at 5pm on Thursday.
