Absa Bank Kenya has launched a mobile branch to shore up its market presence.
The lender says the move is to introduce convenience for its customers across Kenya.
The mobile banking truck is part of its wider expansion strategy to grow branch networks.
Absa Bank Kenya also says the truck will be solar powered making it easier to offer services without interruptions.
The bank will also set up service pods across malls.
“The bank is planning on rolling out seven additional mobile banking trucks across the regions where the bank operates, including plans to install more service pods in high-traffic malls nationwide,” said Moses Muthui, Absa Bank Kenya Consumer Banking Director
